Preventive maintenance requires regular inspections, performed at the beginning of the heating season for furnaces, and at the beginning of the cooling season for condensing units. Air cleaning systems require preventive maintenance regularly to insure a clean, healthy living environment.

WHAT IS PERFORMED?

For an A/C Preventive Maintenance:
  • Check operating pressure, electrical connections and refrigerant levels
  • Inspect and adjust belts
  • Check condenser coils & drain lines
  • Inspect, clean and lubricate all pumps, motors & bearings as required
  • Clean or replace dirty air filters    
For a Heating Preventive Maintenance
  • Clean/adjust burner, belts and fuel pressure
  • Clean or replace dirty air filters
  • Check amperage, safety and operating controls, and thermostat calibration
  • Inspect and clean draft diverter
  • Inspect, clean and lubricate pumps, motors and bearings as required
